1. About WTF AI

WTF AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a community-driven platform at wtfai.ai for reporting and documenting AI behavior using publicly shared conversation links from platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WTF AI. By creating an account or submitting content, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User-Generated Content

When you submit a report to WTF AI, you retain ownership of any original content you create (titles, descriptions, commentary). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and archive your submission on the platform.

AI conversation content linked via share URLs originates from third-party platforms and is subject to those platforms' respective terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit private conversations without the consent of all participants
• Submit content that contains personally identifiable information (PII) of others without consent
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or target individuals
• Submit fabricated or manipulated conversations as genuine
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the platform
• Circumvent any content moderation or security measures

WTF AI is designed for reporting AI behavior from publicly available chat share links. Submitting private conversations without consent may result in content removal and account suspension.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, flag, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion. Content may be removed if it violates these Terms, contains unverified claims presented as fact, includes harmful personal information, or is otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all submissions but may do so proactively.

6. DMCA & Takedown Requests

If you believe content on WTF AI infringes your copyright or other rights, you may submit a takedown request by emailing takedown@wtfai.ai with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work or content at issue
• The URL(s) of the infringing content on WTF AI
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests in a timely manner.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WTF AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports or content on the platform. Reports reflect user submissions and community categorizations — they are not official assessments of AI system safety or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTF AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damage to reputation, loss of data, or reliance on information contained in reports.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account by contacting us at hello@wtfai.ai.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
